The Clarity Commercial Leak Investigations service combines a range of Clarity Commercial services.
Electronic Leak Detection is a reliable non-invasive method for detecting pinhole leaks in a flat roof membrane, and it’s actually compatible with 99% of flat roof membranes.
Rainwater Outlet Testing is another service used in our Commercial Leak Investigations package, and it involves testing the three weak points in an outlet; the connection to the spigot the interface between the outlet and the waterproofing membrane and the pipework.
Rainfall Simulation is usually the first and last service used in a Commercial Leak Investigation. This involves Clarity Commercial simulating rainfall to confirm whether a leak has been sealed correctly, whilst proving there are no further defects. With a Commercial Leak Investigation, Clarity Commercial will two engineers to carry out the work safely, quickly and efficiently and will finally put an end to a leaking roof.
